Easy Returns

• We follow a “no questions asked” return policy at the time of delivery.

• If you are not satisfied with the quality, size, or freshness of any product, you may return it immediately to our delivery staff.

Refunds & Credits

• Returned items will be credited back to your Lunexa Fashion account wallet, which you can use for future purchases.

• If you prefer, refunds can be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Product Variations

• Slight variations (up to 5%) in weight or size of fresh products may occur due to their natural nature. This will not be considered a valid reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories (such as intimate wear or final clearance sale items) may not be eligible for return. Such exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Quality Assurance

• If a product is unavailable or fails quality checks, it will not be delivered, and the amount will be adjusted in your final invoice.
